Noxie, a black rat with blue hair and purple eyes, wearing a matching sports bra and gym shorts, punching a heavy bag at a boxing gym. She's intense, glaring holes into the bag where her fist is delivering full force. She is lithe, but very muscular. The background is blurred to showcase the dynamic impact.

Knock Out Noxie

As a kid, Sadie idolized her parents, but especially her mother. She eagerly soaked up everything the former mercenary-turned-restaurateur had to teach, including the fundamentals of boxing. As far as both of them were concerned, in a city of dangerous as Machresse, it was practical to have some amount of martial arts skill to fall back on. Though she was studious and duteous in her training, for the longest time it was just a hobby that she could bond with her mother over.

That changed the day she became Noxie, and took up her mother’s old career. Realizing that her body was the one weapon she could always rely on, Noxie dedicated herself to honing it to as fine an edge as she possibly could. Lucky for her, one of the older rats in the neighborhood had the idea to set up a boxing gym, teaching martial arts to the youth the same way her mother taught her.

The instruction helped. But more than that it was access to the space and equipment devoted purely to working out that gave Noxie the tools she needed to transform herself. Lean mass packed onto her lithe frame, shaping her into the strong, hard, athletic young woman she needed to be if she wanted to bring in the kind of money her parents needed to keep both the lights on and the lease on their home.

And maybe, just maybe, if she brought in enough, she might some day earn a second chance at pursuing her dreams.

It’s been strange sitting on this one, because it’s been the background for my both phone and desktop for several weeks now. I’ve just had pieces I needed to upload first.

I’m really happy with how it turned out, with the sheer intensity Noxie is demonstrating, and her overall physique courtesy of WhyMete on BSky.

As a bonus for looking here on my blog, here’s the version without the motion blue, to get an idea of the background.
